Ski Servicing Workshop
Our Sheffield workshop is equipped with one of the most advanced and experienced ski service centres available, offering comprehensive ski servicing. Our team are highly experienced with over 25 years of ski servicing under the belt and experience passed down from Worldcup technicians from the Austrian Ski Team.
Edge & Wax Ski Servicing Package
- Sidewalls planed and top sheets tidied up (if needed).
- Base edge burs and knicks removed by diamond file.
- Sides edges sharpened and set to 88* (Recreational skis), 87* (Race Skis) or to agreed angle using our Discman machine edge tuner.
- Edges polished and tips and tails detuned.
- Base cleaned and old wax removed.
- Base brushed with a fine brass brush to prepare for waxing.
- HWK ski wax applied with a professional digital waxing iron by hand.
- Wax Removed with plastic scraper and base structured with multiple wax brushes.

New Ski Servicing Package
- Initial hot scrape of soft wax to ensure ski base is cleaned out from any factory dirt.
- Bases waxed, scraped and brushed out using brass base brush, repeated 4 times.
- Sidewalls planed.
- Base edge burs and knicks removed by diamond file.
- Sides edges sharpened and set to 88* (Recreational skis), 87* (Race Skis) or to agreed angle using our Discman machine edge tuner.
- Edges polished and tips and tails detuned.
- Base edge burs and knicks removed by diamond file.
- HWK ski wax applied with a professional digital waxing iron by hand.
- Wax Removed with plastic scraper and base structured with multiple wax brushes.
