Our Returns Policy
Before returning an item to us you must contact us and advise us of the problem either by email at info@skiracing.co.uk or by telephone on 01143 484320
Non-faulty items must be sent back unused in their original packaging with labels intact and within 14 days of the invoice date. Please include the original receipt. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. Please note once bindings have been mounted onto skis at your request the skis are deemed to be used and therefore cannot be refunded.
You will be required to pay postage when returning your items to us. Please note that these return and original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, in which we will refund the original postage costs. Items returned must be properly packaged and sent fully pre-paid to our address.

When returning any item we strongly advise that you request a receipt/proof of delivery in case of non delivery or damage. We reserve the right to withhold the refund if a proof of delivery is not obtained or the item is returned damaged and in such events it is your responsibility to pursue a claim with your carrier. Ski Racing Supplies cannot be held responsible in this case.
Please include your name, address, telephone number, a copy of all invoices or receipts and a covering letter explaining why you are returning the item and if you would like us to refund or exchange the item. With any returns we reserve the right not to refund any item returned in poor condition or after the 14 day period.
All products purchased from Ski Racing Supplies are guaranteed against manufacturing defects but these guarantees may vary depending on products & manufacturers. If you think that your item is faulty then please contact us as soon as possible. All items will be inspected by ourselves and often by the manufacturer before being deemed faulty. Once we are satisfied that the goods are faulty, depending on the circumstances they may be repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us by phone within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Extended Delivery Times
Some delivery times may be extended when shipping to remote parts of the UK and offshore Islands. Although it is not always the case (and usually effects larger/heavier items such as Skis, Poles, Benches etc which must be sent via a Courier), please bare this in mind when selecting your preferred shipping option. It is also worth noting Next Day Guaranteed Delivery cannot be offered to a list of postcodes found on our shipping page.
Boot Fitting
Ski boots can take time to bed in and often comfort issues do occur after they have been skied in. There can be many reasons why this happens and does not mean that the boot is not right for you. We base all fittings around the information provided by you at your initial appointment, to include your ability and a biomechanical assessment carried out by our expert fitters
We offer free adjustments to adult ski boots purchased from us for a period of 2 years from date of purchase, excluding wear and tear which will be taken into account as boots/insoles do wear out with use.
There are occasions where the boot may need to be on a press overnight to make adjustments to them.
Refunds will not be offered on ski boots which have been modified to fit you in any way (unless due to a manufacturing defect). We will, however, happily work on boots and carry out whatever modifications are required to achieve a better fit.
