CamelBak® was created after founder Micheal Eidson was preparing to compete in a 100 mile road race in Texas at the height of the summer where access to water was key to success. Taking an IV bag full of water was key to success, by placing it in his tube sock, he clamped the hose shut with a clothes peg and ‘Hands-free hydration’ was born. Since then CamelBak® have grown into the world’s leading maker of hydration systems, revolutionising how active people drink on the go.
