Description

The brand-new World Cup ski boots with a 92 mm last, purebred racing performance and countless fine-tuning options for a customized fit. Worn by our World Cup athletes! The M-version with medium stiffness has been specially developed for the men’s super-G or giant slalom as well as women’s slalom specialists.

The new DRS WC has been redeveloped from scratch in the closest collaboration with the World Cup team. Alice Robinson donned the boots and instantly won two World Cup races! Thanks to the narrower 92 mm last, improved fit, size-adapted cuff, new liner with adjustable tongue, and various buckles in each position, the DRS is not only sportier than ever but also offers an even better fit, more stability, and greater power transfer. Numerous fine-tuning options including grindable sole plates and new lifter plates make the new DRS WC far more customizable than its predecessor. Of course, everything is fully compliant with ISO and FIS standards. Five different flex versions meet all the demands of top-level and professional skiers—from U14 to the World Cup team. The M-version with a flex index of 150 is an ideal choice for all technical disciplines. The flex and precision have been optimized and the performance is significantly better than with earlier models. Thanks to the versatile characteristics of the special plastic, the DRS WC M is suitable for not only male GS and super-G racers but also female slalom racers.

SLIM & COMPACT SHAPE WITH NEW LAST:

The shape of the DRS in the 97 mm last offers a perfect combination of the precision and performance of WC boots with the opportunity to enjoy the entire day of skiing without pressure points or pain. The DRS wraps the entire shape of the foot allowing complete and direct power transmission.

BOOTBOARD TUNING OPTIONS:

Stance can be adjusted by grinding the boot board: different heights allow different performance characteristics depending on the athlete’s needs. In the heel area there are two holes with two different depths. Grinding one or two steps it is possible to vary the bootboard’s inclination, in proportion to the developments in the series. If you polish inside the reference area, you get an excellent set up, without margin of error

NEW BUCKLES & DEDICATED BASE PLATES:

New DRS buckles are 3D shaped, to better follow the ergonomic shape of the boot & for precise buckle tension on the new DRS, specifically dedicated for each size and position.

NEW SOLE ARCHITECTURE & REBALANCED HEIGHT IN COMPLIANCE WITH ISO NORM:

Out of the box, the sole dimensions on the heel and toe are in compliance with ISO 5355. The new DRS is also within the F.I.S. stand height regulation of 43 mm.
